ary lived in ten other states and a U.S. territory before settling in the Kansas City area in 1975. Currently she lives in Lenexa, KS. A professional health coach and wellness consultant she also helps her husband with his tax accounting business. Between she and her husband, they have a large blended family - 7 children and 10 grandchildren. They also have a Miniature Schnauzer that thinks she is human. Mary played tenor sax for four years in school and then set it aside while traveling and raising a family. Sixteen years ago she joined a community band and she has been playing more or less steadily since then. Mary enjoys the "big band" type of music and the camaraderie of the Overtones.
